A great area to stay away from the bustle of the city with comfortable rooms and a pool to cool off in. The bed was very comfortable and the view from our window was stunning. We enjoyed exploring the lovely neighborhood and trying out the local restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and the room cleaning was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Nice comfortable Hotel within walking distance of Florence. Stayed 2 nights here as part of overall touring Holiday in Tuscany. We needed a Hotel near to Florence with car parking facility, and Hotel Villa Carlotta fitted this purpose. Nice friendly staff, clean Hotel with a good breakfast

Weak hair dryer and our US hair dryer with a converter still blew a fuse.
